Balance, Balance, Balance

When watching the US team play recently, I noticed how every move a player made, they had full control of their body and were balanced at all times. This needs to become the focus of how to teach basketball to our youth. Any player can be effective if they continuously have balance and control of their body.

There are some great drills to practice making strong change of speed moved while keeping your balance. Feel free to email me if you would like to work on them.
